Join us and become part of a passionate organization driven by innovation and excellence. **About the role:** We are looking for a **Workplace Engineer** to join a team focused on managing, supporting, and evolving modern workplace environments in an enterprise context, with heavy use of Microsoft technologies and cloud-based device management tools. This role involves advanced system administration, device support, and endpoint management in hybrid environments, ensuring stability, security, and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * **2–3 years of experience** in similar roles. * Higher education or professional technical training in Information Systems Management or a related field. * Experience in **advanced Windows system administration**. * Solid knowledge of **Windows 10/11, macOS, Android, and iOS**. * Experience with **Microsoft 365** (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Office). * Knowledge of **Microsoft Intune**. * Experience with **MDT** (**Microsoft Deployment Toolkit**). * Knowledge of **JAMF** for Apple device management. * Familiarity with **cloud-based device management tools** (M365, AWS, or similar). * Fluency in Spanish and English.
