We are looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals for the Sous Chef position, where you will help lead a new kitchen team. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Organization of MISE EN PLACE.** * **Preparation of ingredients, breaded items, and other brand products.** * **Coordination and organization with suppliers.** * **Human Resources Management.** * **Development of new products.** * **Menu and production process definition.** * **Cleaning of workspaces in compliance with health and hygiene standards.** Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: €1,000.00 \- €1,450.00 per month Experience: * Head Chef: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
