To strengthen our team, we are seeking to hire a Receptionist for our facility. **Job Description:** We seek a dynamic, organized professional with excellent communication skills to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The main responsibilities include managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support. **Main Responsibilities:** Managing, sorting, and distributing postal mail, packages, and general e\-mails. Controlling visitor access and registering entries/exits at the premises. Managing and preparing meeting rooms. Providing general administrative support to various departments within the company. **Requirements:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese (knowledge of English is an advantage). Proficiency in end-user computer tools (Microsoft Office, e\-mail). Strong organizational ability, punctuality, sense of responsibility, and customer orientation.
