Real opportunity for career progression **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop, analyze, and monitor technical projects in the fields of real estate, construction, renovation, and maintenance of spaces; * Support the preparation of drawings, floor plans, layouts, and technical documentation; * Monitor ongoing architecture, specialty, and construction projects; * Ensure coordination with internal teams, suppliers, designers, contractors, and external entities; * Support licensing procedures, requests for expert opinions, and documentation submissions to competent authorities; * Conduct technical site visits to identify needs, constraints, and opportunities for improvement; * Monitor project timelines, costs, changes, and work execution; * Validate technical solutions, ensuring compliance with legal, functional, and quality requirements; * Prepare reports, monitoring charts, and decision-support information; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the JAP Group’s spaces and infrastructure. * **Profile** ---------- * Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Technical Drawing, Civil Construction, or related fields; * Prior experience in roles related to projects, construction, architecture, or space management; * Ability to read, interpret, and produce technical drawings; * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools; * Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, MS Project, or other project tools is an advantage; * Strong organizational, planning, and process-monitoring skills; * Rigorous, autonomous, practical, and solution-oriented profile; * Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders; * Willingness to travel between Group facilities; * Valid driver's license. * **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and reputable Group currently implementing multiple growth projects; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * Real opportunity for career progression, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies; * Favorable working conditions and social benefits in effect at the company (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
