A genuine opportunity for career advancement. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Support the management and execution of the company's preventive maintenance plans for facilities and equipment. * Monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance interventions, ensuring compliance with defined plans. * Monitor the condition of buildings and equipment, identifying intervention requirements. * Coordinate with maintenance suppliers and service providers, overseeing work execution. * Support the recording and control of completed interventions, ensuring technical documentation remains up to date. * Collaborate in analyzing incidents and implementing continuous improvement actions. * Contribute to compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Prepare monitoring reports and maintenance performance indicators. **Profile** ---------- * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field. * Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in similar roles. * Interest in building and facility management and maintenance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage. * Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills. * Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn. * Ability to work in a team and focus on problem resolution. * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Valid Category B driving license. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and credible group currently implementing multiple growth projects; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * A genuine opportunity for career advancement, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies; * Favorable working conditions and social benefits offered by the company (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
