Facilitate coordination among different stakeholders **Your next challenge** ----------------------- Key Responsibilities: Support operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives; Map processes and identify optimization opportunities; Structure analyses, track action plans, and ensure initiative execution; Produce reporting and monitor performance indicators; Analyze KPIs and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and customer experience; Facilitate coordination among different stakeholders, ensuring alignment and tracking of actions. **Who are you?** ---------------- What we are looking for: 3 to 6 years of experience in PMO, operational transformation, process improvement, or project management; Fluency in English (mandatory); Experience in operations, services, or B2B telecommunications environments; Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and high stakeholder orientation; Team spirit and ease in working within collaborative and multicultural environments.
