Opportunities for professional development in a challenging environment #### **About the Plant Controller Role** Plant Controller \- M/F \- 1-year project \- Replacement during parental leave **About the Company** Our client is a leading multinational company specializing in the manufacturing of highly engineered products, delivering innovative solutions to dynamic sectors such as automotive, heavy vehicles, maritime, and recreational industries. **Role Mission** Integrated within the Finance Department, this professional will be responsible for ensuring management control of the industrial unit, guaranteeing monitoring of the factory's financial and operational performance and supporting strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze variances between forecasted and actual results, identifying improvement opportunities; * Monitor, analyze, and report financial and operational KPIs, including product costing, margins, and profitability; * Assess the economic viability of investments and ensure their financial follow-up; * Participate in defining and implementing action plans, ensuring their financial evaluation and continuous monitoring; * Support planning, budgeting, and management control processes of the industrial unit; * Contribute to optimizing the factory's financial and operational processes **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Management Control or Finance roles within an industrial environment; * Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel; * English language skills; * Strong analytical ability, results orientation, and critical thinking; * Excellent communication and teamwork skills Opportunity Join a solid, international organization with strong industrial presence and professional development opportunities in a challenging, technologically advanced environment.
