Over the past eight years, we have consistently maintained rigorous standards to meet the demands and evolution of the business and real estate markets. Currently, we manage over 1,000 accommodation units nationwide. We are looking for a dynamic, responsible individual with initiative to join our team. If you enjoy varied work involving interaction with people, combining operational tasks with minor technical interventions, this opportunity may be for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Conducting guest check-ins and check-outs; * Performing pest control treatments in properties; * Conducting general rounds and inspections of accommodations to ensure they are in good condition; * Performing minor maintenance tasks, including bulb replacements, minor repairs, key duplication, and other simple interventions; * Identifying and reporting requirements for major maintenance; * Supporting other operational activities whenever necessary. **Desired Profile** * Valid driver's license **(mandatory)**; * Proficiency in Portuguese; * Basic English communication skills for interacting with guests; * Ability to perform general minor maintenance; * Strong organizational and time management skills; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Team spirit; * Availability and flexibility to perform various daily tasks. **We Offer** * Integration into a growing and continuously evolving company; * A dynamic and diversified role; * Initial training and ongoing support; * Opportunity for professional development; * Remuneration commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies (within the initial salary range of **€920–1,200**) If you believe you match this profile and wish to join a dynamic team, please send us your application.
