This team plays a fundamental role in the success of operations, being responsible for organizing, distributing, and monitoring the daily activities of field technical teams. Their work ensures that each intervention is planned, monitored, and executed efficiently, directly contributing to the quality of service delivered to our customers. We seek organized, dynamic, and results-oriented professionals capable of managing multiple priorities and ensuring the smooth functioning of operational processes. **Key Responsibilities** · Coordinate and distribute tasks among technical teams, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources; · Ensure operational monitoring of ongoing activities, tracking adherence to deadlines and defined objectives; · Manage requests, records, documentation, and scheduling related to technical interventions; · Monitor service statuses and ensure continuous updating of information in operational systems; · Liaise with internal teams, partners, and field teams to ensure efficient resolution of operational issues; · Identify operational constraints and contribute to continuous process improvement; · Ensure compliance with company-defined procedures and quality standards. **Job Requirements** · Proven experience in operational backoffice, coordination, or technical team support roles; · Knowledge of the NOS operational environment and respective technical processes (preferred); · Familiarity with the Click platform (preferred); · High organizational, planning, and priority management skills; · Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; · Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills; · Proactive, resilient profile with a problem-solving orientation; · Availability for on-site work in Loures (MARL); · Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends; · Valid documentation permitting employment in Portugal; **Conditions / What We Offer** · **Stability and Future:** Integration into a solid and growing telecommunications sector project; · **Attractive Salary Package:** Compensation commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies; · **Team Environment:** Integration into dynamic teams with a strong spirit of mutual support; · **Recognition:** Opportunity for career progression in a constantly evolving sector.
