In line with STEF’s strategy to strengthen its customer focus, and as part of the Customer Service Directorate, we aim to recruit a Litigation Technician for the Litigation Management team. **Mission** Ensure management of STEF Portugal’s litigation files. **Responsibilities** * Receive, analyze, and manage incidents reported by clients that generate litigation files related to transportation and logistics services. * Ensure implementation of corrective actions (internal or external) for identified anomalies and strive to minimize non-conformance rates, in collaboration with other departments or with the client. * Investigate incidents and operational problems resulting in litigation, collecting relevant evidence and information. * Maintain detailed records of all complaints and litigations, including correspondence, reports, and agreements. * Collaborate closely with other departments and platforms to resolve litigations efficiently. * Perform necessary administrative tasks for logging and resolving litigations in the SIL tool. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: 12th grade.
