Collaboration in continuous improvement processes We seek recent\-graduates with high potential to join our Payroll Consulting team, with the following responsibilities: * Processing and managing payroll (calculations, postings, deductions, corrections, statutory reports) for multiple clients under expert supervision. * Supporting system configuration and providing user support for complementary HR management systems (Attendance Tracking, Employee Portal, Training, etc.) * Performing data entry, verification, and validation of information relevant to the payroll process * Ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines across multiple client processes. * Collaboration in continuous improvement processes. Profile: * Recent graduate in Management, Economics, Accounting, HR, IT, or related fields. * Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. * Strong organizational and critical analytical skills. * Adaptability to dynamic environments and strict deadlines. * Professional ethics and confidentiality. * Proficiency in mathematical calculations and Microsoft Excel.
