Job Title: Finance Analyst \- Plant Operations **At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.** : **Job Description** ----------------------- **Business Process Value Stream:** * Understand and analyze the product value chain; * Align SAP system definitions with Logistics/Production processes; * Focus on innovation and improvement opportunities; **Costing:** * Critical analysis of product cost structure (Cost Break Down); * Perform cost calculation simulations and financial impact analysis; * Propose changes aimed at optimizing costs/resources; **Master Data:** * General knowledge of SAP and configuration to support process definition; * Detailed understanding of product structure in SAP system (PN / BOM / Routing); **Production Support:** * Track system changes and analyze results; * Daily production support: entries / errors / issues / training. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or equivalent, preferred; * Experience in Financial Analysis, Logistics or production process roles; * Strong knowledge of process mapping and cost analysis; * Proficient in SAP and continuous improvement tools; * English language proficiency (spoken and written). **ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY** TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
