Job Summary: We are seeking an Estimator Engineer to assume a responsible role in the preparation, analysis, and monitoring of proposals and budgets in Engineering and Projects. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative and results-oriented work environment We are strengthening our **Engineering and Projects** team and looking for an Estimator Engineer to assume a responsible role in the preparation, analysis, and monitoring of proposals and budgets. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Prepare and analyze quantity take-offs, measurements, and budgets; \- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders and requests for quotations; \- Analyze project documents, specifications, drawings, and technical specifications; \- Request, analyze, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations; \- Develop cost estimates and identify opportunities for optimization; \- Develop and validate unit prices and cost compositions; \- Ensure adherence to deadlines for proposal submissions; \- Support the Management team in analyzing technical solutions and their financial impact; \- Participate in defining budgeting strategies and proposal preparation; \- Ensure accuracy and quality of information presented in budgets. **Required Profile:** \- Higher education degree in Engineering, preferably Naval or Industrial Engineering, or a related field relevant to this role; \- Solid professional experience in estimating, preferably within engineering and project environments; \- Proven experience in preparing proposals and cost analysis; \- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation; \- Proficiency in computer tools relevant to this role; \- Analytical ability, organizational skills, and strong sense of responsibility; \- Ability to work autonomously and meet demanding deadlines; \- Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and partners; \- Critical thinking and results orientation; \- Fluent English and French (the latter is not a disqualifying factor); \- Valid driver's license. **What We Seek:** We seek an experienced, autonomous, and decisive individual who can actively contribute to the quality of our proposals and to optimizing the technical and economic solutions of our projects. **What We Offer:** Participation in challenging and highly responsible projects; Opportunity for professional growth and development; Collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
