Join us and become part of a passionate organization driven by innovation and excellence. **About the Role:** We are recruiting a **Cybersecurity Project Manager** to join a team in an international and highly complex context, assuming responsibility for managing and coordinating projects and initiatives in the field of **Cybersecurity**. We seek a professional with solid experience in **Project Management** and a strong technical background in Cybersecurity, capable of coordinating technical teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project execution aligns with defined objectives—particularly regarding **scope, budget, timelines, quality, and security requirements**. You will play a key role in identifying and managing risks, tracking milestones and deliverables, and resolving issues throughout various project phases. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and oversee cybersecurity projects from inception through implementation; * Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines; * Coordinate technical resources and diverse teams involved in projects; * Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators; * Identify, assess, and track risks, defining appropriate mitigation plans; * Ensure regular and effective communication with project teams and other stakeholders; * Identify issues and promote implementation of solutions and efficiency improvements; * Ensure alignment of projects with cybersecurity standards, processes, and requirements; * Foster collaboration across different departments and teams, contributing to achievement of business objectives. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience; * **5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity**, ideally in engineering roles or with a strong technical component; * **3+ years of experience in Project Management**; * Proven experience managing and coordinating projects from planning through implementation; * Solid knowledge of various **Cybersecurity** domains, including **Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network Security**, among others; * Ability to understand and follow technical topics, effectively liaising with engineering teams and cybersecurity specialists; * Strong knowledge of **Project Management** methodologies, processes, and best practices; * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; * Excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills; * Outstanding communication skills and **stakeholder management** capabilities; * Experience in collaborative and international environments; * Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, particularly **NIST SP 800-x**, is a plus; * Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and solutions is a plus; * Certification in **Project Management**, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus; * Cybersecurity certifications such as **CISSP or CISA** are a plus; * **Fluency in English and French**, both written and spoken.
