Opportunity for career progression #### **About the Civil Engineer – Recent Graduate Role** The client company is recruiting a **Junior Civil Engineer**, a recent graduate, interested in building a career in **cost estimation**. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and monitoring of **construction budgets**; * Preparation of **work and quantity schedules (WQS)**; * Technical support to private and public construction projects; * Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors; * Support in preparing proposals for **public tenders**; * Regular site visits and supervision of construction projects in the **Viseu region**. ### **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Civil Engineering**; * Recent graduate with no professional experience — **curricular or professional internships will be valued**; * Interest in **cost estimation and construction management**; * Knowledge of **AutoCAD and MS Project** will be valued; * Familiarity with cost estimation software such as **Candy, CCS or similar** will be an advantage; * **Valid driver’s license**. ### **What We Offer** * Integration into a **growing technical team**; * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development; * Opportunity for **career progression**; * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and experience.
