Control of segregation of duties (SoD) and support during access audits. #### **About the Role: Access Management Analyst (RM)** ### **Access Management Analyst (RM)** A professional responsible for managing the corporate systems access lifecycle, ensuring creation, modification, revocation, and control of permissions in accordance with the company's security and governance policies. Will directly administer users, roles, and permissions within the **TOTVS RM**, **FLUIG**, and **TOTVS Carol (Clock In)** environments, addressing business unit requests, enforcing segregation of duties (SoD), supporting end users, and participating in audits related to identity and access management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Creation, modification, and deletion of users and access profiles; * Permission management and segregation of duties; * Handling of tickets related to access and authentication; * Oversight of the user lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, offboarding); * Support for access-related audits and compliance activities; * Coordination with business units, HR, and IT for access validation and provisioning; * Documentation and continuous improvement of identity management processes. **Desired Knowledge:** * Access administration in **TOTVS RM**; * User and workflow management in **FLUIG**; * Access administration in **TOTVS Carol (Clock In)**; * IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts; * Segregation of duties (SoD); * Information security and governance; * ITSM tools and ticket management systems.
