A young, relaxed, and international working environment **Front Office Assistant – Beachfront Hostel (Surf Lifestyle)** **Location:** Parede, Cascais Line – 2 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from the beach **Type:** Full-time | Rotating shifts including weekends **About Us** Salt & Flow is a surf lifestyle hostel located just steps from the beach in Parede, on the Cascais Line. We are a young and international team, passionate about creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our door. **The Role** We are seeking a Front Office Assistant to strengthen our reception team. You will be the first face our guests see — so positive energy, genuine friendliness, and a people-oriented mindset are essential. Extensive experience is not required.
