DESCRIPTION
Leonardo Hotels, the European division of Fattal Hotels, operating over 200 hotels across Europe, Great Britain, and Israel, is undergoing continuous expansion. For our Lisbon hotel, we are looking to hire a(n):
**Accounting Assistant**

**Main Responsibilities**
* Recording and accounting for supplier and customer invoices.
* Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring accounting transactions.
* Supporting monthly and annual financial closing processes.
* Managing and archiving accounting and tax-related documentation.
* Monitoring and controlling payments and receivables.
* Preparing basic financial reports.
* Assisting in preparing taxes and tax declarations.
* Coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate administrative management.
* Supporting the finance department with related administrative tasks.
**Minimum Requirements**
* Higher education degree in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting or administrative roles.
* Knowledge of general accounting principles and bank reconciliations.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office productivity tools.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish; prior experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
