We are looking for a **Nursing Coordinator** to serve as the liaison between the Nursing Directorate and daily operations, ensuring team support and service quality. In this role, you will hold cross\-functional responsibility over various nursing teams, ensuring strategic priorities translate into concrete, monitored, and measurable action plans. Your mission: * Coordinate and support nursing leads in resolving daily clinical and operational challenges; * Provide direct, daily support to the nursing team, helping resolve questions and unforeseen issues promptly; * Collaborate with the Nursing Directorate to maintain alignment across all operations; * Present global operational performance reports, identifying team needs, risks, and improvement opportunities; * Ensure consistency of processes and quality standards across Health Centers (USF/UCSP) and Triage; * Oversee team capacity management—from shift planning and onboarding to continuous development and talent retention; * Implement practical nursing initiatives and monitor their outcomes. **Your profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with active registration at the Portuguese Nurses’ Association; * Practical experience coordinating nursing teams; * Experience in resource management, shift planning, onboarding, and training of new staff; * Professional experience in Primary Healthcare (Health Centers); * Solid knowledge of Primary Healthcare protocols, triage workflows, and clinical safety standards; * Strong communication, interpersonal, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills; * Ability to monitor and interpret operational metrics; * Aptitude for practical problem solving; * Willingness to travel to physical units whenever necessary.
