To support our growth, we are expanding our Energy team with professionals focused on results and service excellence. ### **Your Responsibilities:** * **Tariff Analysis and Comparison:** Analyze the market and compare electricity and gas tariffs offered by various providers. * **Personalized Advice:** Present the best market offer according to each customer's consumption profile, ensuring maximum savings. * **Process Management:** Support the customer from the initial simulation through to contracting the new energy supplier. * **Goal Orientation:** Deliver excellent service to meet both individual and team targets. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum qualification: Secondary education. * Strong communication, persuasion, and commercial empathy skills. * Proactivity, resilience, and results orientation. * Experience in the Energy sector (preferred but not mandatory). ### **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing Fintech. * Initial and continuous training in the energy market. * Structured career plan with opportunities for progression. * Base salary + meal allowance + attractive merit-based commission system. **Do you want to make a difference in Portuguese families' budgets?** Send your application to people.culture@comparaja.pt and join us!
