Job Summary: Budget analyst responsible for preparing detailed budgets, technical-economic proposals, and feasibility analyses in collaboration with technical teams. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration and solution optimization **Description:** ---------------- * Analyze tender documents (terms of reference, quantity schedules, drawings, and written specifications) * Perform measurements and validate work quantities * Prepare detailed budgets by specialty and construction phase, including direct and indirect costs * Prepare technical\-economic proposals covering both technical and financial aspects * Draft descriptive reports, construction planning documents, and project schedules * Define technical solutions and construction methodologies in coordination with the technical team * Request, analyze, and compare supplier and subcontractor proposals * Conduct market inquiries based on construction details and quantities * Prepare comparative tables and economic feasibility analyses * Identify technical and financial risks associated with proposals * Support negotiation processes with clients, suppliers, and partners * Update price databases and historical cost records * Collaborate with production and technical management teams to optimize solutions and continuously improve budgeting processes **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field (or Technical Budgeting Course, where applicable) **Specialized Technical Training** * Budgeting and cost control * Measurements and quantity analysis * Reading and interpretation of design documents * Budgeting software (e.g., CCS, Candy, Advanced Excel) * AutoCAD and MS Project * Public procurement (preferred) * Salesforce\[MM2\.1] **Technical Competence (Know-How)** * Preparation of construction budgets (direct and indirect costs) * Analysis of design documents and tender documents * Cost, margin, and economic feasibility calculations * Preparation of technical and financial proposals * Market inquiry and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors * Planning support and schedule definition assistance * Value engineering and optimization of construction solutions **Behavioral Competence (Mindset)** * Rigor and attention to detail * Analytical ability and critical thinking * Organization and methodical approach * Planning and time management skills * Proactivity * Ability to meet deadlines * Teamwork * Strong communication skills
