Area Manager – Southern Portugal** We are seeking an experienced professional to supervise and coordinate operations of units located in the Southern region of Portugal. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise operational performance of units; * Ensure compliance with brand quality and service standards; * Lead, train, and develop teams; * Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement actions; * Ensure profitability and achievement of defined objectives. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in restaurant management; * Experience leading teams; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver's license; * English (preferred). **2\. International Area Manager** We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to support and develop the group's international operations. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise international units and ensure implementation of brand standards; * Train and support local management teams; * Monitor operational and financial results; * Identify growth opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Proven experience managing restaurant operations; * Experience supervising multiple units; * Willingness to undertake frequent domestic and international travel; * Fluency in English (mandatory); * Spanish language skills will be valued.
