EID is a subsidiary of Cohort plc which is listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in London. **YOUR ROLE** * Assembling, testing and repairing telecommunications equipment/products, either on the bench or at the customer’s premises; * Installing and configuring telecommunications or IT systems; * Diagnosing and repairing faults in products or equipment, ensuring their functionality; * Providing customer support, travelling to the customer’s premises whenever necessary; * Monitoring the logistics process at EID when sending repaired equipment to the customer; * Filling in the necessary documentation and system updates; * Collecting customer feedback on the EID technical experience; * Keeping customer configuration management up to date; * Preparing and carrying out training sessions; * Identifying product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback. **OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:** * Analysing Digital Electronics Circuits; * Analogue Electronics Circuit Analysis; * Experience in repairing electronic circuits on a bench; * Knowledge of Radio Frequency Technologies (HF, UHF, VHF); * Knowledge of Impulse Radar Technologies; * Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems; * SQL Server database installation and configuration; * Installation and Configuration of Windows Domains (Active Directory – Domain Services); * Installation and Configuration of Certificate Authorities, * Knowledge of Windows Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio Drawing tools. * Good oral and written knowledge of English * Driving license; * Willingness to travel. * Possibility of being accredited in NATO SECRET. **CHECK IF YOU ARE/HAVE:** * Effective communication and teamwork abilities * Strong planning and meticulousness * Critical thinking and problem\-solving capabilities * Proficiency in managing risks * Capacity to perform well under stress * Flexibility and adaptability * Excellent organizational and leadership qualities **WE OFFER:** * A competitive package according with your experience; * A work culture that puts emphasis on the individual, offering flexible working solutions; * 22 vacancy days plus 2 extra days fixed by the company; * Your anniversary day without being at work; * Private health insurance. *EID embraces diversity and inclusion.
