We are looking for a **Senior Program/Project Manager** to join our company on one of our projects in the **energy sector**, located in **Lisbon**. We seek a candidate with solid experience in enterprise project management, strong communication and coordination skills, and experience managing multidisciplinary initiatives in Agile contexts. As a Senior Program/Project Manager, your focus will be on managing medium-sized and complex projects, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, quality, and stakeholder alignment. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure efficient management of project scope, schedule, cost, and quality. * Develop and monitor project plans, communication plans, risk registers, and mitigation strategies. * Ensure alignment between operational and financial execution. * Manage relationships and communications with technical and business stakeholders. * Produce project reporting and management information. * Support decision-making through ongoing monitoring and guidance. * Ensure continuous tracking of project progress and early identification of blockers. * Support multidisciplinary teams in collaborative and Agile environments. **Requirements:** * Up to 10 years of experience in project/program management. * Experience managing medium-sized and complex projects. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience in project reporting and governance. * English proficiency is valued. * Project Management certifications. * Experience in enterprise environments and strategic projects. * Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. **Work Arrangement:** * Hybrid (two days per week in the office). **We Offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
