Qualifications: * 0–3 years of retail experience * Customer-focused, confident, and comfortable delivering elevated experiences * Motivated to achieve strong results due to enthusiasm for interacting with customers and sporting goods * Initiates and completes tasks or activities without requiring supervision * Flexible availability—including evenings, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities: * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by knowing all products offered and collaborating with coworkers to deliver excellent sales service * Deliver sales, exceptional customer experience, and operational expectations * Maintain personal and productivity goals * Connect with all customers by asking open-ended questions to assess needs * Ability to learn and share product knowledge and trends to meet customer needs * Maintains awareness of full product knowledge and current or upcoming products/trends * Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
