The Mi Smart Scale 2 is a Xiaomi smart scale that measures not only weight but also various other body composition metrics. It connects via Bluetooth to the smartphone through the Mi Fit or Zepp Life app, storing up to 16 user profiles and displaying data such as muscle mass, fat mass, and visceral fat. It uses bioimpedance to obtain measurements and features a high-precision sensor capable of detecting variations as small as 50 grams.
