While I communicate this issue and await resolution, I will disassemble the base already assembled and pack it for pickup. While awaiting the return/exchange, I found another model better suited to my space, thus proceeding with the official return option. They ultimately refunded the amount, leaving the product with me for disposal as I wish. Original price: €195; with the promotional campaign, I acquired it for approximately €175. At this time, I only wish to recover the difference I overpaid between the refund and the model I ultimately purchased.
