We are recruiting the following profile: BMC (Intermediate \- freelancer) \- Hybrid (Lisbon) The profile we are looking for: * Higher education in Computer Engineering or similar; * Background in BMC Helix ITSM Suite (particularly in defining Service Requests); * Knowledge of BMC Helix Innovation Studio and Digital Workplace; * Understanding of workflow design and process automation; * Knowledge of JavaScript and AngularJS; * Familiarity with ITIL v3/v4 and best practices in service management (ITIL certification desirable but not mandatory); * Relevant certifications such as BMC Certified Associate / Professional will be highly valued; * Fluent in English.
