We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support Recruitment, Talent Attraction, Development, and Employer Branding. If you have recently completed your studies and wish to begin your HR career in the hospitality sector, this opportunity may be for you. **Your day-to-day with us:** * Upon joining our team, you will **support recruitment and selection processes** across various hotel units, closely accompanying all stages—from job posting to candidate outreach. * You will **conduct CV screening**, **support interviews**, and communicate daily with diverse profiles, creating a positive and approachable experience for those seeking to join our team. * You will also have the opportunity to **support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives**, **participating in job fairs**, **events**, and **internal projects** that strengthen our employer brand. * Throughout the internship, you will **collaborate on talent development projects**, support various HR initiatives, and gain a cross-functional understanding of the business and the realities of the hospitality sector.
