We value talents with teamwork spirit and dynamism, capable of analysis and problem-solving, and driven by ambition to achieve more and better. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Develop the work plan based on the project design and respective specifications, scheduling required resources (materials/services/equipment), site setup and closure, and operational activities, ensuring technical execution of works as stipulated. * Monitor project execution in accordance with its budget and any subsequent re-budgeting, analyzing costs and revenues as well as existing variances, implementing necessary corrective actions to ensure achievement of economic objectives and deadlines. * Manage human resources, planning and coordinating their allocation to various tasks, ensuring appropriate productivity levels as well as the motivation and commitment required for successful project execution. * Maintain continuous coordination with the Client within the scope of the construction contract, regulating contractual compliance, proposing and negotiating potential modifications to the design and/or work plan and defined execution procedures, aiming to improve project performance and guarantee customer satisfaction. * Monitor construction plans in accordance with legal and contractual requirements regarding Quality, Environment, and Safety, implementing corrective actions where necessary to ensure high standards of Quality and Safety and minimize environmental impacts. **What profile are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Mechanical Installations Site Manager; * Professional experience in mechanical installations (Piping Networks, Thermal Plants, Compressed Air Plants); * Knowledge of technical specifications related to mechanical installations and technical management; * Solid knowledge of electromechanical legislation; * Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project; * Fluency in English; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Planning and cost control skills; * Leadership ability; * Analytical and problem-solving ability; * Valid driver’s license. **With us, you can benefit from:** * A stimulating work environment where you can interact with experienced professionals in the sector; * Health insurance; * Corporate partnership agreements; * Access to the current variable remuneration model (subject to defined criteria); * Up to 3 additional vacation days per year. **With you, the future takes shape!** Interested candidates should submit their applications via the Mota-Engil Group website, using the following link: https://careers.mota\-engil.com/job/Sines\-Diretora\-de\-Obra\-Instala%C3%A7%C3%B5es\-Mec%C3%A2nicas\-Sines\-15/1388317333/ Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Internet access * Meal card/ticket * Commercial discounts * Health insurance * Transportation allowance * Company mobile phone Work Location: On-site
