We seek a professional with strong operational management and coordination capabilities, able to lead versatile teams and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. **Responsibilities \- Your Mission** * **Operational Management:** Ensure management of the roof maintenance and cleaning contract for buildings; * **Team Coordination:** Coordinate and supervise versatile, non-specialized field teams, ensuring intervention quality and efficiency; * **Planning:** Plan and monitor the Preventive Maintenance Plan, ensuring adherence to defined deadlines and objectives; * **Corrective Maintenance:** Manage and respond to Corrective Maintenance requests; * **Reporting:** Prepare and present Quarterly Activity Reports to the client, as well as monitor and report contractual KPIs and SLAs; * **Platform Management:** Manage the maintenance platform, ensuring registration and updating of all relevant information; * **Client Relationship:** Coordinate with the client on access planning and safety conditions at facilities; * **Supplier Management:** Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers where applicable, ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements; * **Equipment Supervision:** Supervise use of equipment and machinery, including drones, high-pressure washers, aerial work platforms, and scaffolding; * **Safety:** Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety and Hygiene standards across all interventions, supporting the OHS Technician in implementing procedures defined for the contract. **Qualifications** ----------------- **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or Technical Course in Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, Building Maintenance, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). **Technical Competencies:** * Experience managing field teams, preferably in maintenance or service contexts; * Familiarity with maintenance management platforms; * Basic knowledge of roof maintenance (preferred); * Knowledge of SAP (preferred). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; * Strong leadership and coordination skills for versatile teams; * Good communication and client relationship skills; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Resilience and adaptability. **Additional Information** ------------------------ **What We Offer:** * Full-time employment; * Integration into a company committed to ecological transformation; * Challenging projects with real environmental impact; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunities for professional development and growth. **Location:** Cascais **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term Contract **Become an Agent of Ecological Transformation!
