**Key Responsibilities:** Participate in the installation and qualification of industrial equipment; Propose and develop maintenance plans; Support maintenance interventions on-site; Liaise with equipment manufacturers; Participate in improving operational modes and processes; Ensure execution of the Equipment Maintenance Plan (preventive and corrective); Guarantee implementation of maintenance tasks; Analyze and organize equipment technical documentation; Perform cost control and manage service suppliers; Create and analyze maintenance performance indicators (KPIs); Ensure follow-up of internal and external audits; Interact daily with other departments; Ensure compliance with current GMP standards within the company; Adhere to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety procedures. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering; Fluency in English; Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred); Knowledge of maintenance management systems (SAP Plant Maintenance preferred); Autonomy, results-oriented mindset, and goal-driven work approach; Proactivity and dynamism; High level of responsibility and strong interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure;
