Job Summary: Grupo Ramos Ferreira is recruiting HVAC Technicians to join and strengthen its Production team in Portugal, responsible for the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. Opportunity for continuous improvement of Management Systems The **Grupo Ramos Ferreira** is currently recruiting **HVAC Technicians** to join and strengthen its Production team in Portugal. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper cleaning of the workplace. * Carry out installation services for HVAC systems on construction sites, including all associated connections. * Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Management Systems (QAS, etc.), taking initiatives that may positively influence the organization; * Report immediately upon identifying activities that may pose an imminent risk to the environment or to workers' health and safety. * Comply with applicable legal and other requirements (QAS) relevant to their area; * Report incidents and/or occupational and environmental accidents; * Follow applicable operational control procedures related to their activities. **Required Profile:** * Minimum educational qualification: 9th grade or technical vocational course in HVAC (preferred); * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in the HVAC field; * Practical knowledge of air conditioning/ventilation system assembly; * Ability to read technical drawings and simple schematics; * Autonomy in performing tasks, with minimal supervision; * Assertive, responsible, organized, proactive, and dynamic; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Punctuality and sense of commitment; * Immediate availability; * Driver's license (valued). **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid company with strong international presence and technical know\-how; * Dynamic work environment focused on teamwork; * Competitive remuneration package comprising fixed and variable components (€15,900 to €22,100/year). * All applications will be treated confidentially in accordance with Data Protection Law and only those matching the required profile will be considered.
