As part of its expansion policy, VHM is currently recruiting a Construction Site Safety Coordinator (m/f) for Santarém to join the Central Region Supervision Department. Responsibilities: \- Verify compliance with the construction site safety and health plan; \- Validate specific safety procedures related to high-risk tasks; \- Review and provide opinions on documentation submitted by subcontractors and self-employed workers; \- Conduct meetings and site visits to verify implementation and compliance with measures defined in the Safety and Health Plan (PSS); \- Lead accident and incident investigations; \- Implement the environmental management plan and comply with applicable environmental legislation. Requirements: \- Higher education qualification in occupational safety and health (valid professional title – CCP Level VI); \- IET 77 Course – Railway Safety for Technicians (preferred); \- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction site safety coordination for civil engineering projects (mandatory); \- Strong communication skills, high proactivity, and strong sense of responsibility; \- Dynamism, sound planning ability, and problem-solving skills; \- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives; \- Immediate availability.
