To achieve its ambitious goals, it is currently seeking a Project Coordinator (M/F) to reinforce its Passive Telecommunications Infrastructure team. **Job Description** The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring passive telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring correct technical execution, timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, manage, and monitor passive telecommunications infrastructure projects (fiber optics, structured UTP cabling, and associated power systems); * Coordinate internal technical teams and subcontractors during installation, maintenance, and commissioning phases; * Supervise fieldwork, ensuring compliance with project designs, technical specifications, and applicable regulations; * Ensure adherence to defined deadlines, budgets, and quality standards; * Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders; * Prepare progress reports, construction monitoring reports, and validation reports for completed work; * Identify risks and propose corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives; **Technical Requirements** * Higher education degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; * Prior experience in project coordination or management (preferred); * Proficiency in basic planning and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, project management software); * Valid driver’s license; * Desirable knowledge: * Fiber optic infrastructure (FTTH/FTTx, splicing, testing, and certification); * Structured cabling (UTP); * Power systems associated with telecommunications infrastructure; **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong organizational and planning skills; * Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Proactive profile, oriented toward problem-solving; * Leadership and on-site team management capabilities; * Sense of responsibility and attention to detail; **We Offer** * Integration into a young and dynamic team; * Opportunity to join a growing national-scale company; * Opportunities for professional development and career progression; * Skill development and continuous training; * Various discount agreements; * Team-building events; * Flexible working hours; * Additional vacation days based on company tenure; * Birthday leave; * Health insurance; If you meet the required qualifications, wish to join a dynamic team, and are eager to embrace a new professional challenge, please send your application to the following email address: \ and join our team!
