Required Profile DESIRED PROFILE * Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; * Knowledge in energy, automation, or related fields is an advantage; * Proficiency in standard computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Good command of English; * Analytical ability, planning skills, and capacity to resolve technical problems; * Sense of responsibility and professional ethics; * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively; * Proactivity, autonomy, and critical thinking; * Adaptability to diverse contexts and challenges; * Organization, rigor, and results orientation. * Willingness to travel.
