In this role, you'll partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to build, operate, and scale reliable cloud\-native services. Joining Intapp in Lisbon provides a unique opportunity to help shape the new flagship development center and contribute to high\-impact projects in a thriving tech environment. **What You Will Do** **:** * You will work with Development and Product Management to design and deliver new functionality. * You will perform deep dives into both systemic and latent reliability issues; partner with software engineers across the organization to produce and roll out fixes. * You will drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services in conjunction with SREs throughout the organization. * You will identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the company; scope and create automation for deployment, management and visibility of our services. * You will work in an agile operations framework, balancing sprint\-based work with daily operational needs. **What** **You Will Need****:** * You have hands\-on experience in building fault\-tolerant and scalable distributed systems. * You have hands\-on experience with Azure building and running production workloads. * You have production experience of managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes. * You can call yourself an expert in Configuration Management and CI/CD with Terraform and Azure DevOps. * You have programming skills in C\# and .NET. * You have solid experience with observability technologies. Like, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry. **Nice to have:** * You have developed SLOs for SaaS products. * You have experience managing Java and Node.js services running in Kubernetes. * You have hands on experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows. * You have designed and implemented load testing of distributed systems. **What you will gain at Intapp:** Our culture at Intapp emphasizes accountability, responsibility, and growth.
