We aim to hire a Civil Engineer or Architect to perform Construction Management duties in the Lisbon area, with the following requirements: Responsibilities: . Conducting construction management during project analysis; . Monitoring progress and execution of construction works; . Supervising and ensuring accuracy of measurement reports; . Analyzing and reporting on the technical and economic performance of construction projects; . Promoting compliance with safety regulations. Profile: . Civil Engineer or Architect with over 2 years of experience in Construction Management (mandatory); . Proficiency in computer tools: Excel; AutoCAD; Microsoft Project (preferred); . Valid driver's license; . Registered with the Order of Engineers or the Order of Architects; . Proactive attitude, team spirit, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills; . Ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers; . Resident in Portugal.
