Coordination with various stakeholders About the Construction Supervisor Role Our client company, a reference in the field of engineering and civil construction, is currently recruiting a Construction Supervisor: Main Responsibilities Monitor and supervise construction execution, ensuring compliance with designs and technical specifications. Verify adherence to defined deadlines and report deviations. Control the quality of materials and executed works. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Analyze measurements, measurement certificates, and quantity schedules. Identify non-conformities and propose corrective measures. Prepare progress and monitoring reports for the construction project. Support validation of design changes and their respective impact. Participate in construction meetings and ensure documentation of decisions made. Requirements Profile and Requirements Technical or higher education degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience in similar roles. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings. Knowledge of legislation and standards applicable to construction. Organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite and, preferably, technical software).
