Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Planning and Coordination Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage all budgeting and execution processes of projects, ensuring technical rigor and compliance with standards. Its core activities include service provision (industrial maintenance, civil metalwork, stripping, among others), and it is currently recruiting a Construction Planning and Coordination Manager. Mission: Plan, coordinate, and manage all processes related to project budgeting, planning, and execution, ensuring technical rigor, adherence to deadlines, cost control, and compliance with legal, technical standards and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures. You will also be responsible for preparing budgets and technical proposals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer specifications. Main Responsibilities: - Monitor and prepare budgets (materials, labor, equipment, and indirect costs); - Analyze drawings, projects, technical specifications, and tender documents; - Prepare 3D drawings with corresponding quotations; - Assess the technical and economic feasibility of projects, identifying risks and additional requirements; - Plan and coordinate construction execution, defining schedules, resources, and priorities; - Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and budget; - Supervise field teams and assign tasks according to needs; - Monitor production and ensure final delivery of work to the client; - Collaborate with various departments to optimize resources and costs; - Ensure compliance with technical standards, applicable legislation, and internal procedures (QMS); Candidate Profile: - Higher education degree in Civil Engineering or related field; - Proven experience in construction budgeting and planning; - Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, AutoCAD, 3D modeling and planning software); - Technical and financial analysis capability; - Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement; - Capacity for learning and initiative; - Sense of responsibility and organization; - Teamwork ability; - Strong communication skills and proactivity.
