Coordinate technical planning, production control, and cost management for assigned projects. Ensure strict compliance with current safety, environmental, and labor legislation. Act as the strategic liaison between the company and the client, ensuring smooth and effective communication. Required Profile Higher education degree in Civil Engineering with active registration in the respective Professional Association. Professional experience exceeding 8 years in civil construction or a record of internal promotion. Proven experience in construction project management, with solid knowledge of planning and cost management. Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project (knowledge of PHC or CCS is an advantage). Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
