Senior Interior Designer We are looking for a passionate **Senior Interior Designer** with strong creative ability and experience managing interior design projects. We seek a professional who combines excellence in concept development with technical and coordination skills, ensuring delivery of high-quality projects—from conceptual phase through execution. Key Responsibilities * Develop and lead interior design projects across all phases. * Create high-quality concepts, presentations, and technical documentation. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, suppliers, and contractors. * Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures, fittings & equipment (FF\&E). * Oversee on-site execution, ensuring adherence to concept, quality, and deadlines. * Review technical drawings, construction details, and project documentation. * Manage project schedules, budgets, and allocated resources. * Mentor and support junior designers, promoting their professional development. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, applicable regulations, and company quality standards. Desired Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of professional experience in similar roles. * A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in interior design projects of varying scales. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, **Revit**, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). * Knowledge of rendering software (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, or similar) is a plus. * Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. * Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Leadership mindset, proactivity, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
