We are currently seeking to strengthen the team at our Pampilhosa branch by hiring an **IT, Planning, and Stock Management Technician (M/F)**. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing IT support to the branch, assisting users, and ensuring proper operation of equipment and systems, while also assuming responsibilities related to planning and stock control. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide IT support to branch users; * Install, configure, and maintain equipment, applications, and IT systems; * Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, printers, and other equipment; * Manage access rights, users, and permissions across various systems; * Monitor ERP system operations and support users in its usage; * Coordinate with external vendors and other stakeholders in the IT area; * Ensure data registration and updates within systems; * Support production and material requirements planning; * Track production orders, procurement needs, and respective deadlines; * Monitor stock levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods; * Analyze inventory discrepancies and assist in periodic inventory execution; * Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and management reports; * Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to internal process optimization. **Required Profile** * **Education in IT — mandatory requirement;** * Professional experience in IT support roles, preferably in an industrial environment; * Solid knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and operating systems; * Experience or familiarity with ERP systems; * Proficiency in Excel; * Interest and aptitude for tasks related to planning, data analysis, and stock management; * Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; * Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and results orientation; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities; * Willingness to work on-site at the Pampilhosa branch. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in production planning or stock management; * Knowledge of industrial processes and logistics; * Familiarity with databases, Power BI, or other analytical tools; * Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support; * Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization.
