This Technician \| Composites opportunity will be integrated into the Prototypes and Pre-series team. **Job Description** * Preparation and execution of production tasks for composite parts/molds according to customer requirements, production specifications and defined objectives; * Management and optimization of production volumes, with continuous focus on work quality, considering reference standards and internal processes defined in the QMS; * Review, modification and approval of requirements, specifications or technical documentation related to the technical area, in coordination with the technical manager; * Analyze and interpret available technical documentation to properly prepare, execute and verify requested tasks; * Assist in budgeting processes and planning of technical area tasks, in coordination with the technical manager; * Carefully and responsibly program and operate equipment/tools/software related to the area; * Manufacture, modify or repair composite parts and molds using area-specific equipment/tools (NC cutting machine, CNC router, vacuum pump, refrigerated container, drills, grinders, ...); * Perform and assist in pre-finishing and assembly processes of composite parts; * Verify compliance with requirements and quality control, supported by existing documentation; * Ensure organization and routine maintenance of equipment and assigned workspaces; * Support other technical areas in the development, production and assembly of prototypes and pre-series, when requested; * Process technical and production control information for the technical manager, when requested; * Assist in managing production processes, raw material and consumable stocks in coordination with the technical manager; **Qualifications** * Professional-technical course with level 4 or 5 qualification; * Previous experience in similar roles within an industrial environment (production of molds and composite parts via wet/hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, ...); * Previous experience using different materials (dry fibers and prepregs of carbon, aramid, glass, ...); * Additional training certificates (an advantage); * Knowledge and previous experience in similar roles within an industrial environment (production of molds and composite parts via wet/hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, ...); * Knowledge and ability in technical drawing analysis and interpretation; (preferred requirement); * Good knowledge of English; * Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel); * Attention to detail, aptitude and dexterity in handling technical equipment/tools; * Technical versatility and willingness to support other technical areas when required; * Autonomy, good communication skills and teamwork spirit; **Additional Information** * Office located by the sea, just steps away from Parque da Cidade.
