At **EIA21**, an industrial engineering company with over 40 years of experience providing industrial services, we are seeking a **Mechanical Engineer** for the preparation and execution of commissioning an industrial plant in **Sines**, with an estimated duration of one year. **Responsibilities:** * Witness tests or trials indicated in construction, pre\-commissioning or commissioning activities, as required. * Attend **SAT/FAT** tests, as required. * Act as the primary contact with the management teams of companies responsible for commissioning work. * Manage work permits, acting as representative of the Commissioning Team. * Ensure executing companies have, in a timely manner, the necessary materials and documentation to carry out their work. * Perform control and monitoring of installation during commissioning. * Review quality procedures proposed by executing companies. * Validate work execution sheets from the contracted company. * Manage material release vouchers to be delivered to installation companies. * Minimum of **5 years of experience in the O\&G sector**. * Specific technical experience in **dynamic equipment**: centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, electric motors and generators. * Verification of **concrete bases**, equipment alignment, **piping** connections and auxiliary system assembly. * Experience in **free rotation tests (solo run)**, **vibration and balancing tests**, **control and protection system verification**, and **lubrication, temperature and pressure inspections**. * **English proficiency**.
