Deliver theoretical and practical training to EPAS staff on implementing maintenance plans, including specific monitoring methods and equipment repairs. Prepare technical reports and proposals for urgent repairs, adjustments, and optimization of electromechanical equipment (prioritizing those with the greatest positive impact on operations). Draft procurement proposals for required materials, tools, and spare parts, as well as define minimum stock levels for electromechanical equipment maintenance. Perform (while simultaneously training staff) the most urgent preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on generators. Diagnose centralized (synoptic panel) and decentralized (control panels) control systems, including drafting proposals for sensor and actuator replacement. Support repair of electric valves, dosing pumps, electromagnetic flow meters, and their synchronization with dosing pumps. Requirements and Experience ✔️ University degree in a related field, with relevant qualifications. ✔️ Relevant technical and professional credentials and certifications. ✔️ At least 8 years of experience in maintenance of water supply systems serving a minimum of 20\.000 connections, including electromechanical equipment for water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as pumping and distribution stations. ✔️ At least 5 years of experience with electromechanical equipment for water and wastewater treatment plants, including at least 3 years as a maintenance technician. ✔️ Relevant experience in team training in operation and maintenance areas. ✔️ Experience in developing operation and maintenance procedures. ✔️ Experience in developing countries will be considered an advantage. ✔️ Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish and good command of English. ✔️ At least 3 years of experience in developing countries. ✔️ 8 years of experience in water companies serving at least 10\.000 customers, including at least 3 years in electromechanical maintenance. ✔️ Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish and knowledge of English.
