### **EDUCATION AND TRAINING:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent engineering field;
### **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:**
* Proven experience in industrial project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies;
* Strong technical expertise in equipment diagnosis and repair, hydraulics, pneumatics;
* Experience using CAD;
* Ability to identify risks, assess technical feasibility, and propose improvement actions;
* Knowledge of industrial safety, quality, and environmental standards and requirements;
* Good command of English, both spoken and written;

* Excellent planning, organizational, and priority management skills;
