We are looking for an experienced, results-driven professional capable of ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement of our production equipment and systems. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining, optimizing, and automating industrial operations, directly contributing to the efficiency and safety of our facilities. Main Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and systems to ensure continuous operation. Identify and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components. Propose and implement automation solutions and technical improvements in production processes. Interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings, applying them during interventions and improvements. Support the installation and configuration of new equipment or automated systems. Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all operations. Candidate Profile Technical or higher education in Industrial Mechanics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance (experience in the food industry is highly valued). Solid knowledge of industrial automation and ability to identify improvement opportunities. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between factories. Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork.
