**Electromechanical Preparation Technician** Opportunity Description **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed drawings in alignment with the defined project and its respective specifications; * Support on-site implementation of the works, ensuring compliance with the drawn components, incorporating any changes arising from their execution, and ensuring the preparation of all necessary records; * Analyze project elements to identify potential anomalies or incompatibilities in the interconnection among various disciplines, conducting studies of alternative technical solutions to ensure continuity of on-site work; * Perform measurements and collaborate with Planning department technicians to verify progress during the contract execution, thereby ensuring accurate information regarding the contract’s development; **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Professional Technical Course in Construction Preparation (or equivalent); * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in similar roles on special installations projects; * Knowledge of electromechanical sector legislation; * Proficiency in MS Office tools and *AutoCAD*; * Familiarity with Revit MEP is considered an advantage; * Rigor and reliability; * Teamwork capability; * Analytical and problem-solving skills.
