About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage medium-to-large-scale projects from initiation through to closure, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients in the healthcare sector. This role requires strong planning capabilities, delivery control, stakeholder management, and team coordination to ensure successful outcomes. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead and manage medium-to-large-scale projects from initiation through to closure. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare clients. Define project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies. Monitor project performance and ensure delivery of agreed objectives. Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams. Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management. Ensure compliance with best practices in project management. Mandatory Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager. Proven experience working with clients in the healthcare sector (public and/or private). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, including Healthcare. Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
